Xiang Chou Fan (Fragrant Silk Fan) uses locally abundant white bamboo as its frame and thin, transparent white silk as its fan surface. It is carefully processed through 72 procedures and is completely handmade.

The fan surface is painted with figures, landscapes, flowers, birds, fish and insects using traditional Chinese painting techniques. The patterns are beautiful and elegant, with a strong ethnic style.

During the production process, the folding fan is fumigated with medicine and spices. It not only opens and closes freely and as one wishes when in use, but also “fills with fragrance when the wind comes, and can sweep away dust and summer heat with a light shake”, giving people an indescribable wonderful feeling.
